Which meeting platforms does Harkr support?
Harkr supports Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Webex via our Delegate AI Bot — no install required for other participants. We also support direct browser tab recording for any other platform, plus file uploads (MP3, MP4, WAV, M4A, MOV, AAC, and more).
Is my data private and secure?
Absolutely. Harkr is SOC 2 ready with AES-256 encryption in transit and at rest. We have a strict zero-training policy — your audio and transcripts are never used to train our models. Enterprise customers can configure custom data retention and on-premise deployment.
How does real-time translation work?
As speech is captured, Harkr simultaneously transcribes and translates in real time with under 2 seconds of latency. Each participant can view the meeting in their preferred language. We support 50+ languages including Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Mandarin, Arabic, Portuguese, and more.
Can I use Harkr's API with my existing OpenAI integration?
Yes. Harkr's API is 100% compatible with OpenAI's Audio endpoints — just swap the base URL and API key. No code changes needed. We also offer async job processing via SQS for large-scale batch workloads, plus webhooks for real-time result delivery.
What's included in the auto recap emails?
